Charlie Johnsrud and John Natsis, principals of Johnsrud Architects, are promoting five members of the firm who each embrace our approach to professional services and continually enhance our reputation through their work. They are key contributors to our projects and our capabilities. We are excited to announce this next step in their careers as we work together to expand and position Johnsrud Architects for the future.

Eric R. Morgan promoted to Senior Associate
Project Manager

One of our first employees, Eric has been with the firm since 1999. Over those 16 years, he has built and maintained strong client relationships with exemplary delivery of services, strengthening the foundation of on-going work. Eric continues to develop and expand his expertise with contract documentation, technical specifications, cost estimating, material evaluations, and constructability to improve the A/E/C project delivery process. Eric holds a BBA in Project Management from American Intercontinental University and is currently pursuing certification as a Project Management Professional. Eric has LEED AP BD+C accreditation.

Ryan F. Andrulewich promoted to Associate

Project Architect

Ryan has been at Johnsrud Architects since 2011. As a Project Architect he has demonstrated his knowledge and skills on projects that consistently meet very demanding functional, budget, and schedule requirements. Committed to his projects, Ryan takes the initiative to learn about his clients’ processes and approaches each project with an understanding of both the design and business objective. Ryan will continue to lead projects, and grow and maintain client relationships while participating in mentoring our staff and developing and guiding our BIM execution plan. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University and is a PA Registered Architect. Ryan has LEED AP BD+C accreditation and is a member of the AIA (American Institute of Architects).

Melissa Cantz promoted to Associate

Architectural Lead

Starting as an intern during college, Melissa has been with Johnsrud Architects since 2007. Melissa is the primary contributor to the firm’s documentation and reference standards and provides solid guidance and mentoring to others regarding daily tasks and quality expectations. Melissa is a team leader on planning and programming projects for many of our corporate clients. Her ability to manage “big” data, metrics, and benchmarks to define viable design solutions enforces her strong client relationships. She is also a key contributor to the firm’s administrative understanding of corporate office guidelines, otherwise known as Alternative Workplace. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University and is pursuing her architectural registration. Melissa has LEED AP BD+C accreditation and is an Associate member of IIDA (International Interior Design Association).

Matthew Decker promoted to Associate

Architectural Lead

Matt joined Johnsrud Architects in 2009. A key contributor to the advancement of our BIM capabilities, Matt is currently focusing on research of industry trends in the development of BIM execution plans. His initiatives to explore innovations in technology lead to creative design solutions for our clients. He is instrumental in leading new staff training on the firm’s documentation procedures. As an architectural lead, Matt is developing relationships with clients who notice and appreciate his dedication to their projects. Matt has a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and is pursuing architectural registration. His professional affiliations include IFMA (International Facility Management Association) with sub-memberships in Research & Development and BIM.

Elizabeth Holden promoted to Associate

Assistant Controller/Network Administrator

Elizabeth joined the firm in 2004 and over the past 11 years her duties have expanded from administrative/organizational tasks and directory management to Assistant Controller, Project Controls Leader, and in-house IT Support and Infrastructure Manager. Elizabeth's project controls support aligns internal project management to accounts receivable and bridges to the larger project team to coordinate and clearly communicate status. Her recently earned MCSA validates her knowledge in assessing software and its impact on our work as the firm continues to be innovative and forward-thinking in our planning, design, and management techniques. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rider University and recently has achieved MSCA: Microsoft  Certified Solutions Associate, Windows Server 2012.
