Conference Room Expansion
1,400 SF

   ■  Expanded an existing 18-20 person conference room into a large 40-50 person conference room
   ■  Removed previous boundary wall and updated finishes
   ■  New furniture, technology, and A/V components were provided to create a more flexible environment
   ■  Renovated adjacent media-scape room to provide a storage, break-out/catering space, and bookable collaboration area connected to the conference room

Chesterbrook Renovation
125,550 SF

   ■  Created an open feel to each floor, while providing for areas appropriate to individualized focus work
   ■  New furniture selections for seating areas involved close coordination with the furniture vendor and working with the branding team to implement a building-wide branding effort for the client
   ■  Teaming areas, low cubicle panels, lounges, and comfortable seating arrangements encourage huddle-type teamwork and workplace health
   ■  Project's focus was on the public and amenity areas including: main lobby, cafeteria, fitness center, multiple kitchenettes, and boardroom, and introduced various collaborative work zones

R&D Alternative Workspace
3,000 SF

   ■  Assessed corporate guidelines to create a variety of flexible gathering and workspaces for laboratory staff
   ■  Two functional areas: quiet "heads down" space and collaborative open meeting area
   ■  Cafe-style kitchenette, flexible open meeting space, collaborative seating and workspaces: multiple meeting spaces, media-scape room, multiple private quiet rooms

Horsham Workplace Innovation
50,000 SF

   ■  Opened up the interior office environment through demolition of interior corridor walls and addition of glass storefronts to select existing perimeter offices
   ■  New furniture and technology was provided in the cafeteria and selected offices to increase collaboration and create small meeting and focus rooms
   ■  New furniture was also provided in the open office area that included lower height cubicle stations to match the corporate Alternative Workspace design initiatives
   ■  Strategic touch-down locations were created for visitors, equipped with file and locker storage and selectively placed within the overall plan
   ■  A new Mobility Center, with bookable cubicles and offices, was created to provide flexibility and to help promote the work environment of a mobile employee

Board Room Suite
800 SF

   ■  A new board room with upgraded communications and data systems was needed for global operations expansion
   ■  New suite consists of: main conference room, a waiting/break-out area, audio-visual equipment closet, storage room, and coat closet
   ■  JA provided full A/E services including programming, concept planning, and interior design

Fit-Out of Office Buildings
290,000 SF

   ■  JA lead the design team on projects to fit-out three office buildings for new occupants
   ■  Understanding the culture of the company and the vision of senior management is critical in the design and detailing of any office fit-out project
