BIM (Building Information Modeling)
Johnsrud Architects has been analyzing client building information for over 20 years. This data has included, but is not limited to, space types and allocations, building utilization, equipment requirements, and cost data. Development of new Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools is fueled by our strongly established data analyzing techniques.
JA continues to push the envelope of BIM use in early planning, design, and construction. By conducting interactive user walkthroughs in digital projects (taking clash detection to a completely new level), rendering spaces and buildings, and assisting owners with Project Execution Plans, we ensure the desired model outcome.
At JA, our internal BIM Team is charged with assessing capabilities to focus continued learning efforts, creating efficient workflows within the office, clearly coordinating with consultants, developing new techniques for effectively communicating with clients, user groups, and builders, and for problem solving to meet unique project needs.
